I loved the Tao of Bouvie. It reminded me of how it feels to be "in love!" (yeah, past tense, unfortunately, but you never forget!) I think the lesson is "be here now!"

I love this! What a great teacher your Bouvie is!

My late canine mistress was "Madame", a 150 lb. St. Bernard. She was the love of my life and unbelievably psychic. It broke my heart to have to put her down and I've never had another dog since.

Reading about your Bouvie makes me miss my best girl, Madame. But thanks so much for sharing the sweet wisdom of Bouvie and it makes so much sense! Wouldn't you know a dog would have it all figured out?

Keep us posted when he comes up with new material......

All the best,
Judith

My first dog is still the best friend I've ever had. She would humor me by pretending to listen when I spoke to her. When I barked, she looked at me as if I said something that made absolutely no sense. Dogs ask so little of us and give so much. Are Bouviers a good dog for a person with allergies?
