Seat Burris and Franken immediately and give them Reid and Pelosi's leadership positions!!!! They both have tenacity and courage, something I've never seen in R and P. They both fold like wet cardboard the minute a Republican congressman gives them a dirty look.

Can someone please tell me why Sen. Reid has not been replaced as leader? Are there rules that make it impossible to replace him? Or are the Dems in the Senate simply too "busy" to see how utterly ineffective and incompetent this man is?

BOTH Reid and Nancy Pelosi should be replaced for their inept and failed "leadership". We have been seeing their defacto collusion with Bush objectives and policies for far too long. Reids stated support for the Israeli mass killing in Gaza was a dispicable display on Meet The Press last Sunday as is his bill to support anything Israel does with our weapons in violation of law. His support for this massacre makes us all complicit in this crime. Pelosi's pushing for the Bush/Paulson 3 page chicken-Little $800 billion bailout bill for the bankers who brought the disaster in the first place was the last straw for her quisling actions. The time to be "bi-partisan" with Bush/Republican intransigence and deceit is past. We must be non-partisan in our support.
