They sure looked like they were having fun! Right on Kobe, go for it!
For those who do not know, Guitar Hero and Rock band were created by the same people, Harmonix. With patches guitars from any of these games will work on the other, so it all comes down to the feel and music selection. Personally I like Guitar Hero series because I am used to the way the music sheet is displayed. The notes are bigger and easier to read. I don't think the Drum kits are compatible yet but once they are I am sure a lot of people will go and buy both games.

Guitar Hero sucks now, and they know it. If you liked the orginal GH and GH2, Rock Band is made by the same company, as opposed to GH 3 and beyond. They're trying to cash in on Rock Band's success, but GH song selection, design, timing and peripherals are all crap. Rock Band (1 and 2) all the way!
